Once your order is confirmed and delivered, please be aware that our products are custom-made to order and, therefore, non-refundable.

It's crucial to note that orders can only be modified or canceled within a strict 24-hour window from the time of purchase.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun or after the tracking number has been generated.

Customers may return a defective item within 7 days of receipt to receive an identical replacement at no additional cost.

Please send us a notification of a defective item to Orders@IamTheEvidence.shop within seven days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
