Refunds Strictly Prohibited: 

• Once your order is confirmed and delivered, please be aware that our products are custom-made to order and, therefore, non-refundable.

• It's crucial to note that orders can only be modified or canceled within a strict 24-hour window from the time of purchase. 

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun or after the tracking number has been generated. 

• Customers may return a defective item within 7 days of receipt to receive an identical replacement at no additional cost. 

• Please send us a notification of a defective item to Orders@IamTheEvidence.shop within seven days of delivery. 

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Custom Orders:

• Custom orders include items specifically tailored to meet a color, design, or bulk order request. 

• Processing and shipping times for custom orders will vary depending on the level of complexity and number of items requested.

• After we receive your deposit or full payment, we will communicate your estimated processing, shipping, and delivery time. 

• Our couriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
