Return and Refund Policy


Last Updated: October 03,2020 Thank you for shopping at She Do Graphics, LLC. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policies on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.




Interpretation and Definitions


Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the folloiwng conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Definitions For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) referes to She Do Graphics, LLC, located in Stone Mountain, GA 30088.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the website or sold in person.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website, Merchase Received, and Consultation.
  • Website refers to She Do Graphics, LLC, accessible from www.SheDoGraphics.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.




Your Customer Order Cancellation & Refund Rights


You are entitled to cancel your custom order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling a custom order (custom logo and/or custom teeshirt design order) is 24 from the date your order is confirmed. In order to exercise your right of cancellations, you must inform us of your decisions by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your statement. We will use the same means of payment as you used to pay your order's deposit or full balance. You will not incur additional fees for such reimbursement. Cancellations that occur after the 24 hour deadline will not be reimbursed. Custom logo and teeshirt processing will begin within 24 hours of receiving your deposit. Due to the time and materials required to produce your custom order, your deposit cannot reimbursed once production begins.




Your Purchase Order Cancellation, Refund, and Return Rights


You are entitled to cancel your purchase order within 24 hours. A purchase order consists of pre-made teeshirts and other products. The deadline for cancelling a purchase order and to receive a refund is 7 days. In order to exercise your right of cancellations, you must inform us of your decisions by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days. We will use the same means of payment as you used to pay your order's deposit or full balance. You will not incur additional fees for such reimbursement. Items may only be returned if damaged by the courier or company. Return itmes must be unworn, unwahsed, and in their original packaging.




Conditions for Returns


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Deposit Requirements


Teeshirt Designs

  • If you do not have your own artwork, and commission She Do Graphics to design one for you, the cost to create a custom design for a teeshirt order is $15.00.
  • If you have have a completed design, the cost to print the design upon a teeshirt starts at $25.00 per.
  • Payment in full for all custom teeshirt orders is due in full before production and processing of your order can begin.
Logo Designs
  • The cost to design a custom logo starts at $75.00.
  • The cost to print your custom logo desinged by She Do Graphics, LLC is $30 per unit.
  • A discount for bulk orders is available for orders consistting of 10 units or more.
Custom Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds for customized and personalized teeshirt orders is strictly prohibited. As the client is asked to give final approval of all custom designs prior to printing, the order cannot be returned or refunded under any cirumstance unless the product(s) is damaged.
